The cultural associations and the government owned institutions are those that carry out several events, aiming at the maintenance and distribution of the long-lasting cultural heritage of Greeks. The planning and the realization of various events apart from the distribution of the local culture, also result in the tightening of social beams, among people who either participate in the production of cultural products or just attend, as spectators the several activities.
