The biological - organic agriculture is not the old traditional way of cultivation. The biological agriculture is based on the combination of modern scientific ways of comprehension of the environment and on traditional methods of alternative cultivation that ensure the long-lasting fertility of soil and the reject of the use of chemical medicines. The products of biological cultivation are exempted from residues of chemical fertilizers, weed killers and genetic mutations. Usually they have better flavour and contain more vitamins, nutritious components and antioxidant substances. Moreover the biological animal husbandry puts as a condition the good treatment of the animals and doesn’t restrict them in inappropriate conditions of existence. It is time to invest bigger attention on the foods that come to our table, to seek products with high alimentary value that are produced in harmony with the natural environment and lead us to a better quality of life.
